Administrative Assistant

As the Administrative Assistant of Inspired Remodels, you are oftentimes the first point of contact for potential clients.This position performs a variety of office duties including: coordinating calendars, arranging meetings, typing, filing, phone duties, and data entry.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Receive all guests/clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Respond to in-person, telephone, website and email inquiries
  • Manage general contractor’s schedule for new appointments and all follow-up meetings
  • Coordinate additional subs to attend estimates and walkthroughs as needed
  • Prepares documents to be sent to clients; review and proofread documents for spelling, punctuation, and accuracy
  • Maintains electronic and paper filing systems
  • Provides support to core team as needed

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

  • Computer knowledge and experience is a must (preferably with Apple/mac)
  • Attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and asks questions 
  • Some construction/design knowledge is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Team player
  • Self-starter and ability to follow-through with tasks
